ISLAMABAD: The Frontier Corps clarification relating to why their officials didn’t appear before the Deputy Inspector General (DIG) of Criminal Investigation Department (C.I.D) in compliance of the order of the Supreme Court of Pakistan has been issued after two days on Tuesday here.
FC spokesman in a statement issued here said that out of the 19 FC officials, whom the Supreme Court had ordered to appear before DIG CID on December 1, seven were never part of the FC, while three already went back to the army and thereby no more in the control of FC.
According to FC spokesman the identification parade of five officers were already done earlier, while the four for want of insufficient particulars such as ‘Mushkay sahib’, ‘Logri’ or ‘Baray Balon Walay Havaldar’ etc. could not be identified. (GNN)(Geo)
