Sindh govt to move SC for LB polls date extension

KARACHI: Sindh government has decided to submit a plea in the Supreme Court (SC) for extending date of local bodies (LB) elections in the province.

Sources said the provincial government is of view that owing to Muharram-ul Haram holidays there might be some delay in holding LB elections.

In the petition, the Sindh government would pray for extending date in the polls till December 07. (GNN) (Geo)
