Raja Ashraf tenders unconditional apology over contempt

ISLAMABAD: Former prime minister Raja Pervez Ashraf has submitted unconditional apology to the Supreme Court in Rental Power case. Counsel of Raja Ashraf filed apology letter in the court on behalf of his client.

It may be noted here that the former prime minister had written a letter for constituting a commission to probe into Rental Power case.

However, the apex court had issued a contempt notice to him for trying to influence the court by writing letter. (Geo) (GNN)
